Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the portal.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
